How chatbot answers are grounded
The public chatbot searches only the published articles in this help centre. When it has enough relevant evidence, it produces a short answer and links to the articles it used.
If the approved sources do not support an answer, the chatbot says that it could not find the information. It does not fill gaps by guessing. Conflicting or unclear sources are treated as a reason to ask a clarifying question or to abstain.
The chatbot cannot search tenant-private content. Instructions inside a visitor's question cannot change that boundary.
For questions outside the public help scope, use the contact details described in Contact and support.
