This notice describes the planned handling for the public website. It does not replace a tenant's privacy notices for authenticated services.
Website and chat
The website can record security and operational events such as request volume, response status, latency and abuse blocks. Raw chat questions and answers are excluded from application logs and traces. Anonymous chat context expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and server-side events are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours.
Sales enquiries
The enquiry form sends your name, email, optional organisation and message to a verified sales mailbox after you consent to a response. The public service does not use an application database for these submissions.
What not to send
Do not send personal case details, health information, passwords or other sensitive information through chat or the enquiry form.
Questions
Privacy ownership and the final published contact aliases must be approved before launch.
