Public chat privacy and session memory

The public help chat uses a random identifier stored in the browser tab. It remembers a limited amount of recent context for up to 30 minutes of inactivity so that a follow-up question can make sense. A new tab or a later visit starts a separate session.

Server-side session events are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Raw questions and answers are not intentionally written to application logs or traces. Operational records use counts and result categories rather than message text.

Do not submit personal case details, health information, credentials or other sensitive information. The public chatbot is for CareSignal product help, not personal support or emergency assistance.
